Grace

My Flesh and My HeartGRACE

Pondering GRACE, that this is GRACE… “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” (Psalm 73:26)

GRACE…
is best manifest in our culture,
our relationships,
a marriage,
friendships,
churches,
around the whole world,
is a GIVING GRACE;
God’s unmerited favor freely given,
us freely giving to one anther!

GRACE…
is God giving us what we don’t deserve,
his MERCY,
not giving us what we do deserve!
It’s that same GRACE and MERCY,
meshed in us,
the Spirit of a Living God empowering,
giving,
and providing the same.

GRACE…
gives sin a place to be buried,
put to death,
releasing a new rebirth!
To be fully seen…
heard by another.
To freely speak…
confess to one another.
To be forgiven…
to forgive each another.

GRACE…
provides our personal sin the path to be cleansed,
washed away,
No More!
Sin that resides in all of humanity,
all the ugliness living in the human heart,
washing away its filth.

GRACE…
is the only way,
truth,
the life,
Christ is us,
our hope for glory!

His GRACE, a severe mercy…
giving us the ability,
an empowering,
the opportunity,
all consuming,
to manifest itself;
Our sin revealed,
to be heard,
confronted,
purified
thus healed.

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2 Corinthians 12:9)

The mystery hidden for ages and generations but now revealed to his saints. To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. (Colossians 1:26-27)

“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.” Thomas said to him, “Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:1-6)

And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working. (James 5:15-16)
